Semperit AG Holding / Richard Ehrenfeldner steps down from theManagement Board of Semperit AG Holding

The Supervisory Board of Semperit AG Holding and the long-standing Chief Technical Officer of the company, Richard Ehrenfeldner, have reached a mutual agreement on terminating Ehrenfeldner's board activity as of 15 April 2017. As previously reported, Michele Melchiorre has gradually assumed the tasks as CTO of Semperit AG Holding from Richard Ehrenfeldner since 1 June 2016. The transfer process has been completed now after the closing of the agreement with Sri Trang.
