As already reported, the Semperit Group has been conducting three arbitrations (International Chamber of Commerce) against its Thai joint venture partner, Sri Trang-Agro Industry Public Co Ltd. Group and the joint venture company, respectively. A partial award was rendered in the arbitration proceedings against the joint venture partner concerning the business operations and the business relationship with the joint venture company Siam Sempermed Corporation Limited (SSC).
