In the first eight months of 2013, property prices were down by 7%.

The downward trend in Romania´s real estate sector goes on. From January to August, average prices for apartments were down by 6.95%. This is less than initially expected. Nevertheless, the negative trend accelerates. In 2012, the prices decrease came at 1.3% while the real estate prices were down by 4%. This war reported by the Romanian website imobiliare.ro.
