The Italian banking group plans to dezentralize its structure. Bank Austria as CESEE hub is affected.

In 2007, UniCredit took over Bank Austria. Since then, Bank Austria´s structure was adapted several times. Now, also UniCredit Group itself should be reorganized. The group structure is planned to become decentralized.
