The building of a new luxury shopping street in Vienna has begun. The tenants are still missing. If these are not found soon, the project threatens to fail.

The purpose of the Tyrolean property investor René Benko is to build a luxury shopping district, stretching from the former "Länderbankzentrale" at "Am Hof" to the former BAWAG headquarters at "Tuchlauben".
For both properties he has purchased, the building permits already exist.
