The Austrian steel producer registered an increase in revenue to € 12.06bn (plus 10.1% over BY 2010/11). EBITDA was down by 18.9%.

At € 12.1bn , the voestalpine Group generated the highest revenue in the company’s history during the business year 2011/12 (April 1, 2011 to March 31, 2012), thus exceeding revenue for the previous year (EUR 10.95bn ) by 10.1%. The previous record of € 11.7bn  was achieved during the business year 2008/09.
