The Austrian construction company establishes a joint venture with SCT, the dominant construction company in Slovenia.

The Slovenian construction company SCT, which went insolvent by the end of 2010, continues dominating the local construction industry. Porr now creates a joint venture with SCT to allow the Slovenian partner to stay in business. Owing to the insolvency, SCT is prevented from participating in tenders.
