The Polish government wants to sell state-owned assets worth € 5bn.

According to the Polish Ministry of Finance, the publicly owned stakes in listed companies reaches about € 25bn. Deputy Finance Minister Pawel Tamborski explains that assets worth € 5bn may be sold. “This amount is possible without changing the government´s strategies.” he says. Next year, the Polish government expects privatization proceeds to reach € 1.25bn.
