PKO: Capital Base Improves

According to the European Banking Authority (EBA), the largest Polish bank could strengthen the capital position.

Compared to the end of 2012, PKO´s tier-1 capital ratio was up slightly. This was published by the Polish Financial Market Authority KNF today.
At the end of 2012, PKO recorded a tier-1 capital quota of 12.0%. In the first half of 2013, the state-backed Polish bank improved the capital ratio to 12.5%.
