Pankl Takes Over German Automotive Company
The Austrian automotive and racing company Pankl acquires the German specialist Huber, which is located in Munich.

The Styrian Pankl continues its growth course with a takeover. The automotive specialist in small series, Huber GmbH has been acquired at the beginning of the year. The acquisition price was not mentioned. Huber GmbH employs 180 workers and realized € 16m in sales last year. By 2015, the staff number should rise to 250, sales are planned to grow to €30m.
