The contracts of OMV CEO Gerhard Roiss and of OMV Executive Board Hans-Peter Floren are to be terminated prematurely.
That's the decision the Executive Committee of the OMV decided in a meeting on Wednesday, according to Austrian daily "Die Presse".
A vote will be held on this decision at the upcoming OMV Supervisory Board meeting on October 14th.
