OMV Considers € 1.5bn Credit Line

The Austrian oil and gas company is negotiating a major credit facility with a term of five years.

According to Bloomberg, OMV is seeking a € 1.5bn credit line. The money should be raised together with the group’s Romanian subsidiary Petrom, company insiders were cited.
OMV’s credit line would have a volume of € 750m and a term of five years that could be extended by another two years. Petrom’s credit term would be three years with an extension option to five years.…
