New CEO at conwert

Today, the Austrian real estate group has presented its new chief executive officer to the public. As of February 1, Clemens Schneider will manage conwert.

The Vienna-listed real estate group announced that Schneider will become head of conwert´s management board. Until now, Johannes Meran has led the company. Meran has acted as conwert´s chairman of the administrative board. However, Meran will step back from operational responsibilities after an appropriate handover period, conwert stated.
