The Supervisory Board of the information technology consulting group S&T AG has appointed Michael Lanik as Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO). In the previous months, the Vienna Stock Exchange-listed company S&T faced serious financial as well as organizational troubles. Two weeks ago, S&T had to withdraw its operations from the German market.
