The Austrian financial investor MTC takes over the two largest aluminum companies in Croatia. Turnover of the acquisition targets amount to € 240m.

The two largest Croatian aluminum companies will remain under Austrian ownership. The Hypo Group Alpe Adria, which continues its downsizing program, sells AluFlexPack and TLM-TVP to Alu Menziken, a subsidiary of the Vienna-based MTC (Montana Tech Components). The closing is expected to take place soon. The sales price was not announced.
