Macedonia: Court procedure ELEM – EVN settled
Today ongoing judicial proceedings since 2008 between state-owned ELEM and the Austrian energy company EVN have been terminated by an in court settlement.

This settlement is a further step towards the solution of all open issues between the Macedonian government and EVN in the context of the agreed road map.
