Last month, the turnover in the Latvian retail trade industry was up by 1.2%. Compared to January 2012, the turnover was up by 5.2%.

Data of Central Statistical Bureau show that, compared to December 2012, total retail trade turnover in January 2013 increased by 1.2 %, according to seasonally adjusted data at constant prices. Retail trade in food products rose by 2.6 %, whereas retail sale of non-food products by 0.3%.
