The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) is investigating Eduard Zehetner on suspicion of insider trading, according to the magazine "Profil".

The CEO of the real estate group Immofinanz, Eduard Zehetner, bought in October 2010 150.000 shares of his own company. Since Immofinanz decided the repurchase of shares at the beginning of November 2010, and the price has risen by about 4%, the FMA is considering a suspected crime of insider trading.
Zehetner showed himself as outraged in the face of the massive accusations.…
