Indian Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd has announced the acquisition of 80% of the shareholding of German Peguform Group from Cross Industries, which will continue to hold a 20% stake. The acquisition will also include a 50% holding in Wethje Carbon Composite which is a part of Cross Industries.
