Immofinanz Files Lawsuit Against CA Immo
Immofinanz CEO Eduard Zehetner fulfilled his threat that the company would file a lawsuit against CA Immo and its subsidiary PHI. The complaint was filed with the commercial court in Vienna last Thursday, news magazine ‘profil’ reports in its Monday issue.

Immofinanz accuses CA Immo of having violated a stillstand agreement, according to which the two companies were to refrain from acquiring shares of the other over a period of 12 months.
Immofinanz wants the court to put a stop on CA Immo’s attempts. A shareholder meeting of Immofinanz will be held on 17 April.
