Group generated solid operating results in the first half of the 2012/13 financial year. EBIT was down slightly, however.

There was a significant increase in rental income of 15.1% from € 283.7m to € 326.7m compared to the first half of the previous year. Despite the increase in rental income, results of operation fell by 7.5% to € 250.0m compared to the first half of the previous year.
