Immofinanz Considering Listing in Warsaw

The Austrian real estate group would be interested in a listing if red tape were reduced. It is currently looking for acquisition opportunities in Poland and Russia.

Immofinanz confirmed in a statement on Tuesday that it is evaluating a secondary listing at the Warsaw Stock Exchange. In the course of its growth strategy the real estate group intends to balance its portfolio split between east and west from currently 43:57 to 50:50.
