Hypo Group Sold AluFlexPack to MTC
After months of negotiations, the Austrian nationalized bank sold the Croatian aluminum company to the Switzerland-based Montana Tech Components.

The Viennese investor Michael Tojner, who partially owns MTC, and Hypo Group agreed on the sale of the biggest Croatian aluminum company. The sales price was not disclosed. Analysts estimate that the price may reach about € 50m.
