Hypo Group: Deadline Expires

Today, the first deadline for the sale of Hypo Group´s subsidiaries in Southeast-Europe expires.

The operating business units of the Austrian nationalized banking group in Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Montenegro are for sale. The last offers may be submitted until today 15 pm. Hypo Group reserved the right to extend the deadline or to cancel the process. According to Hypo Group, the due diligence will take place in the first half of 2013.
