Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank International AG (HAA) successfully has sold its largest industrial participation - the indirect majority participation (83.96%) of the aluminium company TLM-TVP – after a transparent and multi-stage tendering procedure to the Austrian company EURIS Handel GmbH. The contracts were signed and closed these days in Austria and Croatia.
