Hungary can count on the termination of the Excessive Deficit Procedure (EDP) by the European Union.

On May 29, the EU Commission will, according to intern sources in Brussels, officially recommend the conclusion of the procedure, which has been continuing since Hungary’s EU Accession in 2004.
