Today the Telekom Austria Group (VSE: TKA, OTC US: TKAGY) announces that Hannes Ametsreiter has asked the Supervisory Board of Telekom Austria AG for a mutually agreed premature termination of his contract. Today the Supervisory Board and Hannes Ametsreiter have agreed that he will resign as Chief Executive Officer of Telekom Austria AG as well as Chief Executive Officer of A1 Telekom Austria AG per 31 July 2015.
