The Turkish government underlines that the reform progress is not comparable with the EU member countries. Turkey´s Minister of European Affairs Egemen Bagis: “No other government in Europe implements more reforms than we do.” Bagis argues that Turkey experiences its “most successful period in its history” while the EU countries are in a severe crisis.
