The international active Erne Group with headquarters in Schlins, Austria, acquires the 50% share from the former joint venture partner of Erne Fittings Middle East Co. Ltd. and thereby becomes 100% owner of the manufacturing location in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

Erne Fittings Middle East Co. Ltd. is within the Erne Group one of four manufacturing locations for butt-welding fittings.…
