Although the Hong Kong-based telecommunication company Hutchison is allowed to acquire the third-largest player in Austria, the success of the deal is not certain at all. Last week the Commisson of the European Union officially announced that the takeover of Orange by the smaller telecommunication operator in Austria is approved.
