The Austrian candy manufacturer experienced a steep rise in expenditures for commodities. EBIT declined from € 7.0m to € 4.2m.

Manner faced exploding commodity prices in 2010. The price for cocoa reached a new high since 1978. Costs for raw materials thus increased by € 6.4m and amounted to 32.7% of gross revenues (2009: 29.6%).
