Czech Republic´s President refuses to grant consent to the ESM bill.

The two chambers of the Czech Parliament already have approved the ESM bill. Klaus, who is a well-known critic of the EU, does not ratify the bill now. Anyway, the rejection of Klaus will not affect ESM.
