The Court has no objections to the new capital gains tax itself. Only the starting date for automatic collection by the banks was declared unconstitutional.

The Constitutional Court has ruled that the October starting date for collection of the capital gains tax on securities, which has been applicable since the beginning of this year, is unconstitutional.
