The Supervisory Board of EVN AG has decided in its meeting on June 12th, not to fill the vacant position due to the retirement of the Member of the Board Herbert Pöttschacher.

From July 1st, 2013 the Management Board of EVN AG consists of Peter Layr (Speaker of the Board) and Stefan Szyszkowitz (Member of the Board).
EVN Supervisory Board Chairman Burkhard Hofer: "This decision was taken in the view of the ongoing consolidation of the EVN Group."
