The online gaming providers agreed to merge their French businesses. The companies have already been working together since 2008.

Given the challenging regulatory and fiscal regime that currently prevails in France and in order to drive greater value for both parties, bwin.party and Amaury Group have decided to merge their bwin France and Sajoo online gaming businesses, the companies announced today.
