Brau Union with Stable Results

The Austrian brewery Brau Union has sold more beer again, while maintaining sales and profits. Innovations and a more aggressive pricing policy provided for market growth.

Austria's largest beer brewer, Brau Union Austria, is able to show to stable results. "We have managed to increase our sales volume in a slightly declining beer market", says CEO Mark Liebl.

Beer sales fell by 0.3% last year on the Austrian market as a whole, but Brau Union managed to increase its sales by 1.00%.
