Bank employees started first protests against their employers. Not only in Vienna, but also in provincial capitals Linz, Graz, Klagenfurt, Salzburg, Innsbruck and Bregenz bank employees participated in demonstrations. In Vienna, trade unions alleged that 3,000 persons were recorded.
