Weekly magazine “News” (Thursday issue) has published the constumer data of Bank Austria. On Wednesday Bank Austria told in a press release that these data “obviously ended up in the hands of third parties.” Bank Austria announced to file a lawsuit against unknown since the data are subject to the bank secret and data protection.
