The business location consultant RegioPlan sees no growth potential for factory outlet centers in Austria anymore. At the moment, 170 outlet centers are observed in Europe. 100 new ones may be built, as Europe still shows growth potential. Besides Germany, Italy and France, the UK still has unsaturated markets. Most growth potential is seen in Eastern Europe.
