The A-Tec division ATB publishes its results for the first nine months: declining sales and losses.

The ATB Group acts as an independent operator within the A-Tec Group of Mirko Kovats. The holding company is currently facing insolvency proceedings. ATB Group announces that the restructuring has no effects on the operating business. Furthermore, there are no legal connections to the AE&E Group.
