At the shareholder meeting of AMAG, shareholders resolved to raise the dividend payout to € 1.50 per share. Besides the dividend of € 0.75 per share, the management board proposed a one-time dividend bonus of € 0.75. As a result, the dividend yield amounts to 9.3%. The pay-out ratio was 60%.
