A project in Australia is currently bringing A-Tec financial problems. A new project, however, offers prospects of success.

A new turnkey energy-from-waste plant is to be built in the North of England. The Plant Constructing Division of the A-Tec Group, AE&E, has now been named preferred bidder.

The closing will take place in late 2010, and the AE&E group is expected to be appointed as general contractor for the project. The contracting consortium wanted to commission A-Tec's subsidiary…
