Zielpunkt: „Not for Sale“
The new owner of the Austrian supermarket chain, Jan Satek, says that there are no plans to re-sell Zielpunkt.
In January, the German national Jan Satek took over Zielpunkt. For Satek, the MBO was a “logical step”. The Austrian supermarket discounter was sold by the Luxemburg-based financial investor BluO-Group. The Group acquired Zielpunkt in 2010 from the German Tengelmann Group. Zielpunkt supermarket chain is loss-making since several years.
