Voestalpine Awarded Major Contract in the UK
Austrian voestalpine Group has been awarded a major contract for the supply of roughly 20,000 tons of pre-cut heavy-plate shapes for Siemens Wind Power for the London Array offshore wind tower project in the United Kingdom.

The offshore wind tower project will save up to 560,000 tons of CO2 emissions and the total sales volume of the contract amounts to a double-digit million-euro figure. The delivery project will last for a period of one year.
