On Tuesday, the EU Commission intends to give green light to accession negotiations with Turkey starting at the beginning of November.

An exact date was not mentioned among circles of the EU Council. November 5 has recently been under discussion. However, the Lithuanian did not confirm this date on question of the Austrian Press Agency. The decision on whether or not to start Accession negotiations will be made during the European Affairs Council which would grant Turkey a new chapter in negotiations. More…
