The Carinthia-based Treibacher industrial holding is the new major owner of the old-established Austria Email. The sale already has been announced in autumns 2011. On December 30, Treibacher acquired 50.08% of the shares in Austria Email and thus raises its stake from 38.8% to 88.88%.
