The Italian highway operator Milano Serravalla is going to be privatized. The Austrian construction company plans to acquire the majority.

According to media reports, Austria´s biggest construction company Strabag may take over Milano Serravalla. Strabag is one out of four applicants. The acquisition would cost about € 658m.
