Slovenia: Growth Forecast Cut Again

The World Bank predicts a longer recession in Slovenia. The Slovenian economy will not leave the recession behind before 2015.

According to the World Bank, Slovenia´s GDP will fall by 1.0% next year. Compared to the previous forecast, this is again a substantial deterioration. In June, the World Bank has anticipated a GDP contraction of 0.1%. As a result, Slovenia will be the only CESEE country which is expected to stay in recession next year.
