The government has confirmed the changes adopted for the introduction of the real estate tax.

By this, a single tax rate of 0.15 percent of all residential property will be implemented. Moreover, real estate owners in Slovenia are granted one month grace period to get their records straight for the new real estate tax. The decision was made after faulty data forms were sent to real estate owners, consequently causing delays at the Surveying and Mapping Authority.
