Registrations of used motor vehicles in the first half of 2011: +2.4%; passenger cars +1.5%, lorries +1.0%.

According to Statistics Austria, a total of 511,098 registrations of used motor vehicles were observed in the first half year 2011, 2.4% more than in the same period of 2010. Used passenger car registrations (407,074 units) increased by 1.5%.

The two-wheelers reported increases from January to June 2011: lightweight motorcycles (+12.7%), scooters (+9.4%) and motorcycles (+6.0%).…
